Ambassador Daza joined by spouse Mr. David Jose John Daza and Special Assistant Paula Rodriguez, visited the Acuicola farm in Parral on 04 November 2021. The farm is unique as it breeds sturgeon fish which produces fish roe/ caviar. The long term investment was undertaken by Felipe Vial and family, who set up the farm ten years ago. The farm was able to harvest its first batch of caviar in 2020 for domestic consumption and is exploring export of its high quality caviar to a targeted market in Asia. END
