03 July 2021-Santiago PE held a ceremony to mark the end of the national period of mourning on 03 July 2021. The ceremony consisted of flag raising, prayer and a moment of silence for the repose of former President Benigno S. Aquino III, 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines. END
