24 April 2021- Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza hosted a virtual meeting with leaders of the Filipino Community in Lima on 24 April 2021 to assess the situation and needs of Filipinos in Peru amidst the pandemic and to provide consular and other updates.   

The Embassy´s presentation opened with a situationer on Covid 19 and vaccination rollout in the Philippines and in Peru followed by a presentation on health protocols and the importance of being Covid barrier not a Covid spreader. Consular updates and requirements on passport renewal, passport extension and travel document were also provided.

FilCom Coordinator, Ms. Katbeth Kreimer, Sr. Corazon Enricuso and Mr. Bobby Conda shared their experiences and concerns during this pandemic.
