Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza together with Political Officer  Dennis John C. Briones and Communications Officer Jeffry D. Aranda virtually met with Dirección General del Territorio Marítimo y Marina Mercante de Chile (DIRECTEMAR) Captain Cristian Martis, on the  MOU on Recognition of Certificates under the Terms of the 1978 STCW Convention and other programs in line with the 75th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Chile on 15 March 2021. Captain Martis was joined by Lieutenant Commander Ignacio Ortiz and Captain Luis Felipe Garcia.
