Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza participated in the 3rd Sub-Regional Consultation Meeting (SRCM) on 26 February 2021. The virtual meeting was hosted by the Philippine Ambassador Demetrio R. Tuason of Mexico and participated by all Philippine Heads of Posts in Latin America (Ambassador Linglingay F. Lacanlale of Argentina, CDA Leilani S. Feliciano of Brazil, Ambassador Ma. Teresita C. Daza of Chile and Ambassador Demetrio R. Tuason of Mexico as Host) Commercial Counselor Vichael Angelo Roaring, Tourism Attache Richmond Jimenez and Agrigulture Attached Dr. Josyline Javelosa were also present in the meeting. The virtual meeting highlighted the recent developments on the COVID pandemic and government responses; discussed cooperation efforts and explored possible future collaborations to further strengthen Phillippine presence in the region in the areas of trade and investment, culture, agriculture, science and technology and tourism.
