The Philippine Embassy convened its first meeting with the Filcom leaders in Santiago on 11 January 2020 to evaluate the Christmas Bazaar 2019, a joint project between the Embassy and the Filipino Community in Chile, in support of the Escuela Repúplica de las Filipinas, Los Espejo; to inform them of key acivities and events for the first quarter of 2020, as well as to reiterate the resumption of registration for the May 2022 National Election, for said leaders to echo to their members.

After the discussions, Ambassador Daza presented the Certificates of Appreciation to the groups of Theresa Barola, Gloria Butin, Charrie Costales, Mary Ann Javellana, Vicky Lor, Maricris Roxas and Flora Solis, for their invaluable support for the Christmas Bazaar 2019.
