(Santiago, 30 August 2019) – The Philippine Embassy donated books and paintings to the EscuelaRepublica de las Filipinas in Lo Espejo, one of the municipalities in Santiago.

The school administrators and members of the faculty warmly welcomed Ambassador Ma. Teresita Daza, her spouse and Embassy staff on 30 August 2019 in a simple ceremony marking the turnover of donated items which will be made available as reading materials in the school. This donation of books and paintings marks the first in a series of collaborative activities between the school and the Embassy.
